All items in my store are made to order.

The time I need to create your piece ranges between 1-12 weeks. Depending on the rarity of the material and whether I am ordering from a local or international supplier, it can take between 2-8 weeks for materials to arrive. For most pieces, I need around 2-4 weeks for design and crafting.

I will give you an estimate of how long your piece will take, and keep you updated throughout the process.

For faster delivery, I recommend choosing USPS Priority Mail, which usually delivers within the US in 1-3 business days. Delivery times may be longer during holidays.

For standard shipping, international orders can take between 10 days to over two months to arrive.

I recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail as your shipping option, which includes up to $50 of insurance. Higher levels of insurance coverage are available on request. You can also select USPS Priority Mail Express, which includes up to $100 of insurance.

If you choose priority shipping and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact me within 60 days of the mailing date so that I can file a claim with USPS. I will do what I can to fix the issue, if my filed claim succeeds, I will give you a partial or full refund depending on the amount of money returned.

Standard shipping does not automatically come with insurance. If your package is lost, I will try my best to locate it, but will not be able to offer a refund.

Please note that customizations may result in a different price from what is stated in the listing and require me to create a new listing for you. Some wire colors, gemstones, etc. more expensive than others, and material prices can change due to market availability, demand, and/or discontinuation.

I am happy to take custom requests, feel free to send me ideas, designs, and/or gemstones for me to wrap!

PRICING

Below are some starting prices for my pieces. Feel free to reach out for exact quotes.

Simple pieces, little to no wire: $15+
Intricate Earrings: $40+
Wire-wrapped gemstone pendants: $50+
Adjustable wire-wrapped bracelets: $120+
Anything else: please ask!

Prices can be lowered if you are willing to remove some details and complexities from the piece.

RESTRICTIONS

- No offensive or inappropriate pieces
- No copying other people's works or official merchandise
- Fan art is only allowed under certain circumstances, please see the fan art section below for more details

I will accept fan art of a character, weapon, setting, etc. if one or more of the below criteria is met:

- The source of inspiration belongs to the public domain (ex. Alice in Wonderland, Frankenstein, Edgar Allan Poe's works).

- You are the copyright owner of the inspiration source (ex. your original characters), or you have obtained and can present the written permission of the copyright holder.

I will decline all other fan art requests as they are a violation of copyright law. All listings in my store, public or private, comply with the criteria listed above.

My pieces are made from copper wire, which is malleable even when hammered. The wires can be damaged if you forcefully bend or pull hard on them, apply sharp cutting tools, etc. For adjustable pieces like rings and bracelets, please adjust the wires gently, pressing the sides against your finger or wrist.

In addition, some materials, like Swarovski crystals and aluminum roses, can break under excessive force. These can be replaced with more durable materials, such as gemstone beads, on request.

Lastly, please take care not to drop gemstone pendants, as some stones (ex. labradorite) can break when dropped.

All pieces have been tested for durability under normal wear and adjustments.
